Our History
As an advocate and the Founding Partner, Michalis Spastris brings over twelve years of experience in domestic and cross-border litigation, as well as immigration law. His expertise also extends to cases involving accidents, ensuring that clients receive the best legal support possible.
Michalis Spastris obtained his Bachelor Degree from the University of Central Lancashire (2010) and earned a First accolade in his Master's Degree in Financial and Banking Law from the Queen Mary University, University of London (2012). In his first three years of practice, from 2013 to 2016, Michalis worked as an associate in boutique law firms specializing in civil litigation, where he handled multi-billion euro cross-border litigation cases under the guidance of senior barristers practicing in Cyprus.
In 2017, Michalis began his solo practice and founded the Law Firm Michalis P. Spastris L.L.C. in 2023.
With a broad and thorough understanding of clients' situations, Michalis delves deep into the legal complexities of their cases. He is dedicated to delivering timely and tailored legal advice that addresses the unique needs of individuals, companies, NGOs, and non-profit organizations.
